A: Each volunteer hour that is logged quarterly earns $20 worth of loan repayment.

Q: Is there a limit to the number of hours one can report?

A: We encourage you to complete as many volunteer hours as you'd like! Volunteers can log (and be credited for) up to 24 hours per quarter.

Q: How does Thrivent make sure reported volunteer hours are accurate?

A: Thrivent completes a random audit process each quarter, similar to how the IRA audits taxes, to ensure that reported volunteer hours are accurate.
