Put your money to work

When you invest, you expect your money to work for you. Now, while it's working for you, your money can also be providing a place to live for low-income, housing-insecure families in your local community.

How it works

Thrivent accepts customer investments until a home is fully funded.

In collaboration with a local church, the house is rented to a vetted family for a below-market rent, allowing families to live in an area they would otherwise be priced out of.

After the predetermined amount of time (minimum of 5 years), the house is sold and investors receive a minimum of 3% return on their original investment.
